The employees were very professional. Carpets look great. I had to remind them to put the blue blocks under the furniture. Also, they did not move the sofa. When I asked if they had cleaned under, they said no. They had to bring the equipment back out of the truck to clean under the sofa. My husband and I had moved all the furniture in the family room except that one piece. Also, after they left I found a scratch on my hard wood floors in the entry. Not sure what to do about that. I have used Woodard several times and will continue to do so. The carpets look great and they worked hard. Thank you.
