Woodard is often at my workplace. I have seen the truck for years but avoided contacting, since we knew it would be more expensive. After a bad experience with another company, we knew we had to try Woodard. Very pleased we did. We are getting hardwood flooring installed on our main level and know that we will need [future] rugs cleaned, so this was a great trial on our existing 2nd floor/basement carpet!
