Matt was very courteous and explained everything. The only thing I was disappointed in was that he did not move any of the light furniture. I had asked on the phone if the technicians move furniture and they said yes for lighter pieces. The heavier would cost more. I understood that and did not ask him to move the heavier pieces, but there were some very light pieces that I clearly moved out of the way to vacuum but not off the carpet that he just went around. ie couple chairs plant stand. I ran out and asked him if he moved them he said no, that I had not told him to. So he came back in with brush and did a light scrub in a small spot.
