Great job! Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend! Only complaint...when I set up the appt I was told I would have the first appointment at approximately 8:00 am. Serviceman did not get out of his morning meeting until after 8:00, and, therefore, he came to my house a few minutes after 9:00, which would have been fine if that was my expectation. Scheduler should state that first appointment is closer to 9:00, not 8:00.
