My carpets truly need replaced but I just don't have the time to invest in that at the moment. I decided just to have them cleaned for the interim. The technician had warned me up front they may not turn out like new and he may not be able to get them cleaned to my expectations. He exceeded my expectations. Did a very nice job that will allow me the time I need to research my new carpet. I would also like to add that Victoria was extremely helpful and professional with the quoting process and setting up the appointment! Thank you!!
