I was so very pleased with the outstanding job Ethan provided, that is why I requested his return for carpet cleaning. There is nothing like the quality and knowledge of a veteran technician like Ethan. Although I am happy to see new recruits to Woodard, it is disappointing to hear from your novice technician that your particular carpet should be replaced for $ 4,000.00 or stretched for $300.00 before consideration or that you can not even pay for services regardless.
