Doesn't get much trickier than cleaning our 75 lb dog's chartreuse sectional with the dog and relatives present in a city high rise apartment. The guys were extraordinarily professional, polite, and effective. Explained everything they were going to do and went above and beyond to do it right, even to dropping the house four stories to the truck to get more power than they would with the mobile unit. They were awesome.
