Cole and his crew were courteous, very helpful, did a great job and started right away. Personally, thanks to Cole for thinking on his feet when he smelled something fishy about the coverage. He reached out to me immediately after sensing something wasn’t right and we talked it through and decided it was best for Woodard to respectfully remove themselves from the job and future costs until coverage was determined. Well done Cole.
