Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value David with Welch’s Chem Dry came earlier today to deal with a room in our house. The room had been COVERED with pee from two very large dogs. We thought our new carpet was ruined! He came in and saved the day! (+ our floors) 🤣 It only took about an hour and it was very affordable. He was extremely polite and comfortable. He arrived on time and he explained everything. He also told me what i can do to keep this from happening again! Good southern work ethic can be hard to find nowadays but this is a very effective company. Cannot thank them enough!! 10/10
