Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value John and Rene came to clean the air ducts yesterday and they did a superior job! The air ducts are probably the cleanest they have ever been, and I will not need to have them done again for a few years. They found a problem in the crawl space, and advised me about ways to remedy the situation to keep the air circulating, which means the air coming into my home will be fresher. They were very detailed in their work, and very personable and respectful of my home. They are a great team, and I highly recommend them and Steamatic to take care of the air ducts in your home.
