have never experienced such professionalism and punctuality with a business before. I contacted Spotless NYC to clean a large area rug that’s black and white and my tan loveseat. I originally dealt with Mike, he set up a time to come and give me a free quote, then picked up the rug the same day (10/20/19) and stayed in touch with me regarding the date it would be returned and my couch would be cleaned. Today 10/27/19 Abraham and Kevin brought the rug back, in pristine condition and the Kevin cleaned the couch, took about 35-40 mins. He also cleaned our rug. Everyone did a great job and were super easy to work with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them
