I purchased a rug elsewhere a few months ago and was very disappointed how grungy and dirty it looked after just a few months. After researching online I was afraid the rug I purchased was going to be difficult, if not impossible to clean. I contacted Johnny at PV rugs after being referred to him by a neighbor. He picked up the rug, cleaned it, and it not only looks like new....it looks BETTER than new! He was so kind and thoughtful...loved working with him. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. When I'm ready to purchase a new rug I will definitely contact Johnny at PV Rugs.
