10/28/20 Years ago while traveling overseas I purchased a beautiful Turkish rug and had it shipped home. It was so delicate looking and knowing it was handmade I kept it in a back room hidden away sparing it any foot traffic that might mar its value. When we moved to our new home my wife and I decided we were going to use and enjoy that rug! Unfortunately our pets had the same idea. (It turns out that these handmade rugs are extremely rugged and user friendly) The intricate patterns and the bold colors helped to hide some wear and tear but the torn border tassels our hungry vacuum cleaners left were another matter. I decided to take the rug to a professional. As a matter of convenience I chose the very local "Paoli Rug Co." When I arrived they rolled out my rug, took pictures and pointed out some other issues I wasn't aware of. I was treated very respectfully and never felt pressured to spend a lot of money. Options were offered and all the processes were explained to me. When I picked up the rug it was rolled out so I could inspect it. I had forgotten how beautiful it was! The colors exploded, the fringe repair was flawless and the pet odors were gone! They rolled up my rug, wrapped it in plastic and carried it out to my car. I give "Paoli Rug Co." 6 stars out of 5!
