Pande Cameron Oriental Rugs
The story of Pande Cameron began in 1924 when Colonel Guner Pande and Ernest H. Cameron started an importing business to bring the treasures of the Far East to this country, hiring an ambitious young man as their assistant. A quarter century later that young man, Mihran Paul Andonian, bought the business and the Andonian family became the proud owners of Pande Cameron & Company of Seattle. Now in its third generation of family ownership, father and son Charles and Brad Andonian maintain the same principles that Pande and Cameron founded the business on. We still insist that our rugs be of the highest quality. We still gladly allow our customers to try a rug in their own home before they decide to buy. And we still believe that, like a fine carpet, treating our customers with honesty and respect will never wear out.
Professional Rug cleaning is what we do best! And no matter how careful you are, your rug will become soiled. We recommend cleaning your carpet every 3-5 years in a highly trafficked room and every 5-7 years in less used spaces.
If you’ve spilled something on your fine rug, don’t panic. In the event of accidental spills we do suggest taking immediate action to lessen the possibility of permanent stains. For your convenience we’ve created a sheet that outlines how to handle common household spills. You can download it and keep it handy… just in case.
However, because of the care needed to clean a fine rug, we do recommend a professional rug cleaning. Our facility cleans both handmade and machine-made rugs. Rugs can be dropped off at our Seattle retail store where our wash plant is located.
We offer two types of carpet appraisals–we do not offer both on the same form. Carpet appraisals (in store) cost $125 for the first rug and $10 for each additional; on location pricing starts at $250 and each additional rug is $25.
Replacement Cost: this is the estimated cost to replace your rug with a similar item
Current Value: Our opinion of what your carpet in its current condition might sell for
*we do not do carpet appraisals for IRS deductions nor for private party transactions.
