Dan was right on time for the appointment. Wall-to-wall carpet now looks great (very dirty before cleaning - dishwasher overflow, granddaughter spit-ups, etc.). We took advantage of their coupon for 2 rooms and a hallway and it was well worth the money. Oxi uses less water than other cleaners so the dirt has less off a chance to wick back up through the fiber (this is older carpeting). Very happy with the results.
