Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and service-oriented. It's clear why they have been in business for so long. The showroom is located in a firehouse, built in the 1890s which sets the stage for an incredibly unique experience. I highly recommend Fran Lee Jasper Oriental Rugs for any rug needs. They have a great selection and friendly staff eager to help.
