Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I had a great experience with Dumit. I brought them an 8 x 11 hand-tufted wool rug which had some pet stains and a ton of embedded white dog hairs that I could not get out with a vacuum. I could not believe how clean and fresh the rug was when I got it back home. I am very impressed with their work.
