positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I was very happy with the prompt response to my inquiry. My appointment was confirmed and communication regarding arrival time was helpful. Daryl did a great job on getting out some very bad pet stains. There was some initial confusion because the estimate I got online did not match the actual price. I wasn't aware of the (large!) extra cost for the pet stains, even though I had a lengthy phone discussion with a very pleasant woman regarding the stains. Because of this, I opted not to do the stairs and landing, and Daryl worked with me and we were able to concentrate on applying solution only to certain areas. I will definitely call you again but please don't shock me with a large additional cost without warning me first.
