Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Best carpet cleaning/repair company in Middle Tennessee, by FAR. I've been using them for years. The Owner Mr. Morrow and his Technicians are super courteous and always early. They are not more intrusive than they have to be and always leave my carpets looking as close to new as possible... and my carpet has heavy traffic areas. Plus, they don't leave my carpet wet for 2 days like some other companies I've used before finding Carpet Technologies. Their repair work is top-notch as well. I needed a large area patched where my dog tore up the carpet at a door seam. they fixed it and it looked like it did the day it was installed. Keep up the AMAZING QUALITY guys!
