My love seat was cleaned by a very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly tech. The whole process was easy. This was my first time using B/P and I'll continue to use them in the future. I have some rugs to clean! (Someday!) Just be sure you get your measurements right so the correct price is quoted and you're not surprised. Also, it seems you have to ask for any discounts - I received an offer afterward, which I would've preferred to take advantage of. Thanks much
