I have been getting my rugs cleaned and treated at Blatchford's for years. Today, Christmas Day 2020 ( need I say more?) , I spilled coffee on our Tufenkian rug. After quickly blotting up the worst of it, I went to their website where I knew I would find the reference Lisa had sent in the past, "how to treat spills". The Blatchford's website is so organized, as is her blog, that I was able to quickly find the reference and start handling the spill as the experts advise. No guessing, just the right info at my fingertips. Thank you, Lisa, for being a great resource!
