We had a severely flood damaged Persian rug that needed the works - Mike Reed and his team at the Austonian Rug Cleaning Co. rose up to the challenge and did great. Before and during the process, they answered my numerous questions without hesitation and were the personification of great customer service. I especially appreciate the heart behind the business, Mike Reed really knows rugs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
