My elderly parents have a rug that has been passed down from several generations. The fringe on the rug had become tattered and worn down so my mom wanted me to find a place that would remove the fringe, repair and clean the rug. I knew right where I wanted to take it as I've been a loyal customer to Ashly rugs for 10+ years. I drove my parents to the most amazing and beautiful building on Richmond Avenue! We were greeted instantly and warmly, and Alex and his team were especially kind to my parents. My dad loves to talk and tell stories and even though they were busy that day, it never showed. They patiently listened to his stories and chatted with him. It was a clear reflection of their character - kind and caring! We left the rug in their good hands and a few weeks later, it was ready! I have to say my parents were thrilled at how it came out - it truly looks like a brand new, never used rug! I don't know how they work their magic on rugs, but they exceeded all of our expectations!
