They provide outstanding service from pickup to delivery. The rugs are expertly repaired, when needed, and are returned soft and fresh, a pleasure to walk on and look at! The price is always reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding! The most recent visit so exceeded our expectations that it deserves a mention. We bought a large antique Heriz at auction that was badly damaged - moth damage, pet stains, and losses to the edges and a corner. It was a complete gamble that it could be salvaged. Angelo and his team spent weeks restoring it to its former glory. We had no idea it would be so beautiful!!! Thank you Angelo, and thanks to the whole staff!
