HONEST!!!! I called today and spoke to Alvi. Told him that I had some guests over and there was a red wine stain on my new hand-hooked wool rug Fast, friendly, and efficient. Alvi and his team get the job done in a thorough yet expeditious manner. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would absolutely use again being so candid and honest, and sharing her professional opinion, instead of just telling me that a cleaning would get the stain out. I will be using this company in the future for any rug or carpet cleaning. In my book, they are highly reputable!
