Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This was a wonderful experience in every way! From the first phone call for an estimate, to picking up the rug, and letting me know everything regarding the stains all the way through the rugs return. The guys who returned it were also wonderful, careful and laid the rug back exactly how I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will never call anyone else!!
