Accommodating, honest and hard-working professionals. I would say that my total experience with A1 Carpet Care is almost a 5. The only things I can think of would be if they could invest in a machine that could dry the carpet after they're done cleaning it. Like a dry vac, or maybe they could leave papers down for people to walk on over the clean carpet while it's still drying so as not to soil it or leave tracks. Otherwise, I think they are a great company, and that's why I continue to use them going on 4 years now. I have used them many times and highly recommend them to others whenever I can. The people that come to clean are always very professional, honest and straightforward. They arrive ready to work and get the job done. Also, they are very convenient and whenever I call, they are able to send someone out as soon as the next day!
