The young man arrived at the time expected, was very professional, and very courteous. When finished, he explained what was done to the area of my concern, and what needed to be done to complete the "drying" process. As I was caring for my toddler granddaughter, he spoke kindly to her while finished paying the bill. I could not have been more pleased with the service.
