You sent a senior technician, he was absolutely wonderful!! We have off white furniture that had some tough stains, no one else wanted to touch it! Our technition discussed the pros & cons with us before trying anything & we decided together the best course of action . He worked VERY hard & did a fabulous job!! I am SUPER pleased with the work he did!!!
