The couch still has horrible dog Oder that the cleaning and deodorizer did not get smell out of. He only cleaned the cushion section. I thought he would wipe sides and back down for the price we paid. Abe was very friendly however I expected a cleaner (better smelling) couch. I also thought you would vacuum first.
