Like I told Amir, he had absolutely no idea how happy he was making me! He was "more" than outstanding and attentive. I was like a little kid watching him do my kitchen tile floor - my first experience with tile and grout cleaning. I don't know why I haven't done that sooner - an amazing process and result!!
