We're very satisfied with Woodard. The Lead was outstanding. They were both good, but he went out of his way to explain what was going to happen. I was most satisfied with the timeliness and their explanations, and they got the job done just like they said they would. The quality was there, they laid out the options, and told they me what could happen.
