Positive: Professionalism, Quality As usual, they did a great job cleaning various wool rugs. Also had them mend the corner of one that was damaged. Previously, I had a Turkish rug that needed serious repairs and they handled that as well as sewing velcro hanging strips to the back so that it could be hung on my wall (museum style). No complaints.
